The Crux With Setting Intentions for the New Year
Have you ever written lists of intentions for the new year, only to find yourself forgetting about them just a few weeks later?
Setting fresh intentions at the beginning of the year is a great way to start. But all too often, it doesn't take long for these intentions to be forgotten and fall off our radar. We simply return to old habits and follow wherever life takes us.
Setting Intentions in an Embodied Way
This workshop is an invitation to bring your intentions and goals for the new year and explore them in a more embodied way. Rather than holding them only in our conceptual mind, we will explore how to anchor them in our whole being, so they can become a more embodied part of how we move through life.
Together, we will:
Center around our purpose and what truly matters to us
Explore what holding an intention in an embodied way feels like for each of us
Explore how to translate our intentions into embodied next steps
Discover how to stay connected to our intentions when challenges or distractions threaten to pull us off track
You will leave with somatic practices that help you connect with your purpose and goals in a fuller way—by bringing your body into the process, and not just yoour mind. You can return to these practices again and again.
What to bring
I invite you to take some time to contemplate your goals and intentions for 2027 and write them down. Have them at hand for our guided practices, in which we will center around purpose and explore how to holding them in an embodied way.

-
I intentionally keep workshop groups small to create a safe, connected, and supportive space for meaningful experience and sharing.
-
Because personal reflection and group interaction are part of the process, workshops will not be recorded. This helps create a private and confidential space where everyone can participate openly and feel comfortable sharing.
If you cannot attend, you can change your booking to a later or different workshop. Please see the Terms and Conditions for details.
-
I kindly ask that participants keep their camera turned on during workshops. This not only fosters connection and presence within the group, but also supports your own experience during somatic practices.
