Creating Space for Change from Within

My work is grounded in the understanding that stress, overwhelm, and recurring patterns don’t live only in the mind—they also live in the body. By including both mind and body in the process, we can navigate life and business transitions with less overwhelm and greater clarity and agency.

I offer a safe, curious, and compassionate space where you don't have to push, fix, or force change. In our work together, awareness and safety create the conditions in which patterns can begin to shift from within.

I have discovered time and again that so much becomes possible when we create a space rooted in safety and acceptance. Things that once felt overwhelming often become more workable when there is room simply to be with what is, without needing to change or fix anything immediately.

I bring together somatic approaches, nervous system support, mindfulness, and trauma-informed coaching principles to help you feel resourced, connected, and supported throughout our work.

From this place, insight, clarity, and new possibilities can emerge.

Along the way, you'll discover practical tools you can use beyond our sessions —building a personal toolbox that can support you through everyday challenges and future transitions.

I work with clients online across the globe, supporting people in various time zones.

My Own Story

For over 25 years, meditation and mindfulness practices have been a central part of my life. For me, meditation is a powerful way not only to calm the mind but also to gain insight and develop a deeper understanding of ourselves.

And yet, some patterns wouldn't change. For a long time, hypervigilance, stress, and anxiety were my normal. My bodily responses and tension shaped how I experienced myself and the choices I made.

Everything shifted when I discovered somatic work, which brought change with both depth and gentleness. Through somatic work, I gradually developed a greater sense of safety in my body, and long-held patterns began to shift —often quickly and without needing to revisit old stories. I discovered a deeper sense of agency, purpose, and trust in myself. Even my meditation practice deepened as I learned to be more fully present in my body.

From Organizations and Communities to Coaching

Before moving into somatic coaching, I spent over fifteen years in nonprofit management and community health management, supporting organizations and people as they navigated challenges ranging from everyday difficulties to significant changes, including the impact of the pandemic. My passion has always been to find ways for organizations and communities to develop supportive structures and systems centered on people and their well-being.

Throughout my professional development in mindbody coaching and somatics, I've had the privilege of learning from many inspiring teachers, including Dr. Arielle Schwartz, Deb Dana, Staci Haines, Dr. Scott Lyons, Sharon Salzberg, Dr. Rae Johnson, and others.

My training includes Mindbody Coaching, Somatic Stress Release™, Nervous System Reset, Resilience & Burnout Coaching, Somatic Anxiety Coaching, Yin Yoga Teacher Training, and Organizational & Community Health Management.

As a meditation practice instructor for Nalandabodhi International, I bring over 25 years of experience in meditation and mindfulness practice.
